In preparation for hurricane season, Meals on Wheels PLUS is offering Emergency Hurricane Meal Packages, containing 2 shelf-stable meals for $12. We are planning to distribute these emergency meals to our clients to have on hand in case of emergency. Click here to order your hurricane meal kit.

After a hurricane, you may be without power and many of the other services you rely on (water, sewer, phone, and businesses). It was a glorious evening at the Fete Ballroom under the disco lights! Our guests relished a delicious dinner prepared and served by The Polo Grill. The Cool Today Lounge was a popular spot for guests to enjoy a Disco Lemonade. John “Leo” Travolta brought us straight back to the 70’s along with many of our guests wearing incredibly creative outfits. The atmosphere was lively and our guests were very engaged. Not only was Tropical Nights a fun filled evening for our guests to enjoy; we raised over $100,000 to benefit the PLUS Programs of Meals on Wheels PLUS of Manatee!
