Roxy Carson

Vice President of Client Services

In her role as Vice President of Client Services, Roxy directs the daily operations of the Client Services Programs including Daybreak Adult Day Center, 4 Friendship Dining Centers, Home Delivered Meal Enrollment, and Case Management.

Roxy relocated to Florida in 2002 from Maine.  While raising her family in Maine, Roxy worked for a Ski Resort as the Director of Guest Services and later moved on to work as Executive Assistant and Human Resources Manager for the Bank President of a savings bank in her hometown of Auburn, Maine.   This experience gave Roxy a solid foundation in service excellence and customer appreciation. With a diverse background in Human Resources and Business Management Roxy worked in Tampa and Lakewood Ranch before joining the Meals on Wheel PLUS organization.

Roxy joined Meals on Wheels PLUS in 2010 as the Manager of the Adult Day Center.  In mid-2013, Roxy moved into the position of Client Services Director and shortly thereafter she was promoted to Vice President of Client Services.  In this role, Roxy’s focus is to provide guidance to employees, clients and caregivers in healthy aging through the Meals on Wheels PLUS client facing programs and she contributes to the outreach efforts by providing community education through promoting support for the programs of Meals on Wheels PLUS of Manatee and The Food Bank of Manatee.
