About Frank

As a lifelong resident of Manatee County and fourth generation Floridian, Frank sees firsthand the great need that our community has for serving seniors as well as all the food insecure throughout the county.

After 25 years of operation and logistics management at Keeton's Office & Art Supply, Southern Atelier Fine Art School, and StorPro Garage Solutions, Frank joined Meals on Wheels PLUS in November 2021 as Transportation Manager. Frank was quickly promoted to Vice President of Strategic Food Bank Programs in May 2022 and is responsible for the total operation of the only Food Bank and largest hunger relief organization based in Manatee County.

Currently supporting nearly 100 agencies/pantries with over 3.8 million pounds of food annually, The Food Bank of Manatee County is an independent food bank, relying 100% on community support!

Education & Background

Frank graduated with a bachelor's degree in Management and a minor in Marketing from the University of South Florida, Tampa, and resides in Parrish, Florida.

Deeply involved in serving the community, Frank has served at Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen for 37 years. Always young at heart, Frank has also served as part-time youth director of Holy Cross Church, Palmetto for 28 years.
