Dana Maassen is responsible for leading the Finance, Risk Management, Government Grant Reporting, Human Resources, and Technology functions at Meals on Wheels PLUS of Manatee.
Prior to joining Meals on Wheels PLUS, Dana was Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for Power Design, Inc., in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Dana graduated from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree in Accounting. She has an inactive CPA license (Ohio). Dana started her career at PwC in Cleveland, Ohio, where she worked on for-profit, government, and non-profit engagements. She has a diverse industry background, having worked in manufacturing, risk mitigation services, pharmaceutical, and construction businesses.
As a long-time supporter of Meals on Wheels PLUS, Dana is passionate about using her finance background to help end hunger in our community.
