Ingredients
1 sweet potato, washed, peeled and chopped
1 apple, washed, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup of corn kernels
Instructions
Place a steamer pot over boiling water and add the sweet potatoes. Cook for 4 minutes. Add the apples and corn, and steam another 2 minutes until the veggies are fork-tender. Transfer the veggies to a mini food processor or blender and pulse until smooth, adding the liquid from the steamer pot 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
